We founded our company in response to the significant challenges modern college students face when transitioning into the professional world. Preparing for the career search can be incredibly daunting for soon-to-be graduates, with many feeling overwhelmed due to lack of guidance, uncertainty, the competitive job market, lack of prospects, evolving expectations of hiring managers, business disruptors like Gen AI and rising emotional pressures. We recognize hiring managers are looking for specific qualities—such as strong communication skills, adaptability, and a clear understanding of their industry—that can be difficult for some college students to demonstrate without the right guidance and support. Our primary goal is to fill that gap. 

No, our services are available to all college students, regardless of their year. Many of our clients are seeking internships looking to strengthen their chances of landing highly coveted positions. We also help students who have recently graduated (maximum 1 year out) who still need a little help landing that first job! 

Our terms typically span a 6-month period, but they can be expedited in certain circumstances. We have also found when our base terms end there is high demand for ongoing coaching for many of our clients. We have packages to address the demand for ongoing coaching.

We expect you to be open, engaged, and committed to your personal growth, development, and success. Your active participation is key to making the most of our services. 

To be clear, our services are geared to prepare the college student. The real-world requires the student be accountable to themselves and their future. We prefer all coaching sessions be between the student and consultant without parents present. Parents can absolutely stay informed on the process and any deliverables and outcomes, but our services are focused on getting the student ready.
