I started Next Horizon Now to provide a supportive environment to teach and empower the next generation of professionals how to be purposeful in deciding their future and successful in navigating their next steps – starting now! College has gotten unbearably expensive and there is no time to waste in getting a return on that precious investment. My mission is to equip these aspiring young adults with the mentorship, clarity, support, tools and confidence they need to start out in the right direction.
Beginning as early in a college student’s journey as necessary, I develop a strategic plan to strengthen areas of weakness, address blind spots, fill gaps, and uncover opportunities for growth and potential. By analyzing and understanding their multi-faceted personality traits and combining that with data – together – we can design various viable paths forward. This enables us to pinpoint realistic, fitting career destinations, avoiding wasted time and emotional investments as well as last-minute scrambles. I help them focus their energy on the right things – through a multitude of avenues for overall well-being. This approach ensures they finish strong, have clear direction, and are capable of launching themselves into the real world with confidence and success.

She has spent her career leading cutting-edge technology initiatives, revolutionizing digital experiences, and optimizing business operations and team effectiveness. She has worked in fast-paced agencies and consulting firms, a beloved non-profit, American Heart Association, and some of the leading companies in the world, Texas Instruments and Visa. She has led teams through extreme ambiguity and has embraced social and corporate disruptors throughout her tenure – always staying grounded in proven project management principles. Her greatest career joys have come from seeing teams achieve goals once considered too challenging, or even impossible.

Brad’s true passion focuses on leadership, team building, and talent development. He excels at navigating global environments, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences. With extensive technology and management expertise, Brad builds and leads high-performing teams through transparent communication, mentorship, and interactive experiences. From a talent development and recruiting perspective, Brad has conducted hundreds of final interviews and has a keen understanding of the qualities and characteristics that are highly valued in the corporate world.
